Made in 1993, though the design likely predates this. They have been handmade using thick Sanderson cotton linen with a cotton lining. The lining looks to have been repurposed from something else as there’s sewn up button holes.

In good condition, with only a few small, faint spots, they look to possibly be flecks of plaster. No sun fading or yellowing. The curtains have been washed.

The width across the top is somewhat adjustable as the top string could be pulled and tied tighter or loosened a little.

Each panel is currently tied to a width of 75cm, meaning that together they fit a window up to 150cm wide. Length 138cm.
