A charming oil on canvas with an interesting perspective from the rear interior of an antiques shop. It was painted by Sheffield artist Louis Jennings (1919-2018).

The painting is unfinished and therefore not signed but was sold directly from Jenning’s estate shortly after his death. It was known to the family by the title ‘Antique Shop’. It was last sold by Sheffield Auction Gallery in 2021 along with many other paintings by Jennings.
