19th century oil on canvas. A quaint snow covered country scene featuring a traditional old thatched farmhouse with an attached wood barn. In the centre of the scene is a pony pulled cart with a pair of figures conversing.

Signed with initials and titled “Winters Grip”.

The frame is of a similar age but has been later over-painted in gold.
