c.1930s. This sweet shelf trim has been hand embroidered with various French cooking ingredients and kitchenware. The edge is scalloped and finished on a sewing machine.

The trim attaches to a wood shelf with some small pins.

There are some small marks dotted around, mostly on the edge where pins have been.
